Agents carry out the work. Any action with real consequences waits for human approval. This rule is part of the system architecture, not a policy, and it stays in place as the portfolio grows.

We do not plan in multi-quarter roadmaps. Work is scoped so it can ship in the near term, and it is tested before release.
